carpooling came up, I offered the bus.<\/p>\n<p>All was arranged, snacks and champagne were gathered, and we set off. \u00a0The location of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wnyskydiving.com\/\">WNYSkydiving<\/a> was at the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pine_Hill_Airport_(New_York)\">Pine Hill Airport<\/a>, basically an hour away.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"474\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mIYJmwoqvHM?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the winds were too strong, and the jump was aborted, though our two jumpers didn&#8217;t get the notification. \u00a0So we ended up having a nice picnic in the bus, and heading off to Batavia, NY in order to enjoy the offerings of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oliverscandies.com\/\">Oliver&#8217;s Candies<\/a>, both in their ice creams as well as in their candies. especially to pick up some of the thin, colorful\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oliverscandies.com\/index.cfm?fuseaction=page.display&amp;page_id=28\">ribbon candy<\/a> that have just entered their seasonal production.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"474\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hk4Ehs0ugj8?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>And the trip was nice. \u00a0We skirted the edges of the Upper Stafford Marsh area along the way, making it a bit more scenic.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"474\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lvHnE2ObcTE?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>And after Oliver&#8217;s, we headed back home along Route 33 (which doubles up on the way as we passed Corfu). \u00a0But, being a nice, sunny day it&#8217;s a nice view (even at 4x speed).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center;
